CEO Connect – Innovation Roundtable
The World Is Changing – How Should You Respond?
Over the past three years businesses have faced the pandemic, rapidly escalating inflation, labor shortages, and more – and while things are more stable, more change is coming. There are new competitors, technologies, and pricing strategies. This requires CEOs to balance the competing demands of Business Strategy, Operational Excellence, and Innovation, and to reinvent their Business Models to not only survive but thrive in this new world.
LeadSpark, in collaboration with Pearl Creek Advisors, is launching a roundtable to help CEOs with these challenges. Focusing on Innovation, the roundtable creates the space and a peer network for participants to think strategically about their businesses and how innovation can help them not just catch up/keep up with the competition, but leap-frog into new ways of doing business. Our sessions will be held in Louisa, Virginia, and will be offered in a hybrid format to accommodate both local CEOs and those that are not able to travel regularly to the sessions. We will kick-off with an in-person meeting to cover materials from the first two sessions and provide an opportunity for participants to meet each other. Our first session will be held at Poor Creek Farm in Louisa October 6-7. There will be a welcome dinner on Friday evening and our first session on Saturday. For more information, please contact Susan Rucker at susanrucker@outlook.com, or John Franklin at john.franklin@pearlcreekadvisors.com. |
